Ihre Aufgaben
- Provide and validate operational and maintenance requirements to the equipment specification and procurement processes
- Participate in the commissioning and handover of new equipment, taking into account the activities required for preventative maintenance
- Responsible for ensuring the equipment achieves the Availability and Performance components of OEE, consult on quality components with other manufacturing engineers
- Perform repairs and replacements, software upgrades, coordinate technicians, suppliers, and contractors to do the same
- Ensure data quality coming from the machines is consistent with production engineering requirements to manage SPC
- Enable TPM to function within the factory IT systems
- Verify functionality of SPC-based items such as alerts and reporting systems
- Manage the critical spares inventory in partnership with the Maintenance planner
- Ensure timely execution of all regularly scheduled maintenance and calibration activities
- Be the first-responder in the event of unplanned shutdowns
- Provide lessons learned and feedback to other industrial equipment teams, maintain issues management records
- Design and steer the upgrades of existing equipment, lead continuous improvement activities on the systems
- Acquire new minor equipment or tooling replacements following the equipment acquisition process
